Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and train construction staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve construction efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and submit reports, budgets, and project plans to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
