Job Title: Chief Legal Officer

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Legal Officer to lead our legal and compliance functions.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documentation including offering memoranda, side letters, ISDAs, and broker agreements
  • Oversee the work of external counsel and ensure high-quality results

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, with 5-10 years of experience in leading legal and compliance teams. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic guidance on all legal and compliance matters
  2. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies
  3. Liaise with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external parties

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of international compliance regulations and laws
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
