Audit Quality Specialist

As an Audit Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the high quality of our audits. You will work closely with clients and supervise junior members of staff to ensure that all audit assignments are completed to the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and execute audit assignments for manager or partner review, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Raise potential risk issues with the manager/partner, exercising professional judgement within agreed parameters.
- Understand client needs and provide technical solutions on matters related to financial reporting and auditing.
- Supervise and develop junior team members, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in relevant field, preferably in public accounting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A working knowledge of Caseware is advantageous but not required.
You will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve excellence in audit quality. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential for success in this role.
