We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to fill the role of Staff Nurse in our medical oncology department.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, contributing to the success of our organization and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with initial health assessments of patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment
  • Observe and record patient conditions, including medication administration and response to treatment
  • Respond to emergencies and provide support to patients and their families
  • Educate patients about their health and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Candidates should possess a strong educational background in nursing, preferably in medical oncology, and at least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements
  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and infection control practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
