Billing Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Billing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of billing professionals and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality billing solutions.
With 10-12 years of experience in telecom billing, you will have worked extensively with major telecom providers and developed rich expertise in delivery and operations. You will also have relevant experience in managing big teams and liaising with client stakeholders.
You will be the single point of contact (POC) for clients for billing delivery/operations, addressing any issues related to billing. Additionally, you will be well-versed in agile methodology and work across cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on billing knowledge in ARIA, Amdocs, CSGi, or Netcracker billing packages. Experience in ARIA-related billing products is preferable. Prior experience in Big BSS transformation or migration programs is also required, as you will need to provide optimal strategies/solutions related to billing.
