About the Role:
The Finance Department at KPMG - Singapore plays a vital role in ensuring the firm's financial aspects are managed effectively. As a Senior Executive, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for recording invoices accurately and on time, checking authorisation, and processing payments. Your duties will include recognising expenses in a timely and consistent manner, streamlining Accounts Payable processes, and assisting with financial closing and audits. You will also prepare and analyse reports, perform reconciliations, and assist in automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure invoices are recorded accurately and on time
  • Check authorisation and process payments
  • Recognise expenses in a timely and consistent manner
  • Streamline Accounts Payable processes
