Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team.

  • This role involves handling phone and walk-in enquiries, as well as assisting the branch manager in ensuring smooth operations and scheduling of appointments.

Duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing healthcare concerns of customers
  • Communicating and sharing with customers the benefits of various treatment and services offered by the clinic
  • Ad-hoc activities as assigned by branch manager
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year working experience in a customer facing role in similar retail/TCM/Wellness industry
  • Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin
  • Passion in providing superior customer service
  • Team player and ability to work well with others
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced customer facing role
