  • We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced math teacher to join our team as a Primary Olympiad Maths Teacher.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate students to achieve academic excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of primary school students.
  • Teach math concepts and questions to students, providing individualized attention and support when needed.
  • Prepare students for math competitions, fostering their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and materials that meet the needs of all students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about student progress, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Manage classroom environment, ensuring a positive and productive learning space for up to 15 students.
  • Utilize online teaching tools to enhance student engagement and understanding.

Requirements:

">
  • Masters degree holder in Mathematics or related field.
  • Previous experience in teaching math at the primary level, preferably with a focus on Olympiad math.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Able to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Proficient in English language, with basic Mandarin language skills.

Working Conditions:

  • 43 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Basic monthly salary and bonus based on performance and company conditions.
