Job Title: Operations Manager Trainee

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Manager Trainee, where you will undergo a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in managing daily operations of an outlet. You will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the outlet, including employee selection, development, and performance management, as well as inventory control, ordering, and cost optimization.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Outlet Management: Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring efficient, quality, and profitable service delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, manage ordering and scheduling, and minimize waste.
  • Employee Development: Develop and implement training programs for new employees, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service experience by responding promptly to complaints and taking corrective actions.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe working environment, prevent accidents, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills by making decisions, scheduling, and planning daily activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Diploma with 1-year experience in the F&B or Hospitality Industry.
  • Ability to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit to stand long hours.
