Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing high-quality treatments, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Salon Manager
  • Achieve personal sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Provide quality services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS after their treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to salon standards
  • Assist in maintaining and handling salon equipment, following proper procedures and guidelines
  • Perform comprehensive skin analyses, provide expert advice, and address client queries
  • Participate in making cold calls to clients, promoting our services and packages
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the beauty wellness industry
  • Possess a recognized professional beauty certification (desired)
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and well-groomed individual with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
