International Sourcing Specialist

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing international sourcing and supplier relationships to ensure consistent product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Your expertise in procurement and logistics processes will be crucial in driving business growth.

This role requires strong English and Mandarin communication skills, as well as hands-on experience with ERP systems. You will be responsible for processing and monitoring purchase orders, tracking production and shipment schedules, and coordinating with logistics partners for shipping, customs, and import procedures.

To succeed in this position, you will need a solid understanding of global procurement and logistics processes, including import/export regulations and Incoterms. You should also have strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Sourcing & Supplier Management
    • Source and evaluate suppliers from China and other international markets.
    • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
    • Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to manage negotiations, resolve issues, and coordinate production timelines.
  • Order & Shipment Management
    • Process and monitor purchase orders using ERP systems.
    • Track production and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
    • Coordinate with logistics partners for shipping, customs, and import procedures.
    • Verify and manage shipping and customs documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in international purchasing, with a focus on Chinese suppliers.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and international logistics.
