Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

This is a challenging role for someone who can effectively communicate with tenants, HDB and consultants on all public relation issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiry feedback and complaints related to project works in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform site administrative works as required.

Requirements:

  • A pleasant personality and willingness to work at the site office.
  • Relevant qualification (O/A Level or diploma) and above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Public Relation/Construction-related industry.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and customer relations skills
