SOURDOUGH FACTORY LLP Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at our Mandai Foodlink facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process ingredient scaling lists
  • Produce all dough according to requirements
  • Assist with baking and cleaning equipment
  • Portion and scale dough weights accurately
  • Sort and arrange shaped dough by code
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Recipes and factory knowledge
  • Ingredients and used equipment management
  • Food safety and housekeeping practices
  • Inventory control and baking skills
  • Sanitation and food manufacturing expertise
  • Weight and measurement accuracy

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to $2900 per month
  • 6 days a week, 8 hours a day (44 hours/week + 1.5 OT rate)
  • Public holiday pay and 10 days annual leave
