Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care services, ensuring efficient dispensary operations, and contributing to the growth and development of our pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide total patient care services through interventions, follow-ups, and lifestyle modification programs.
- Ensure the dispensary operates efficiently and meets standards of key control indicators in areas of housekeeping, inventory management, and record maintenance.
- Undertake the role of a preceptor to train pre-registration pharmacists or interns.
- Monitor daily sales trends of pharmacy-related categories and formulate action plans to counter competition and threats.
- Liaise and collaborate with partners to plan and organize pharmaceutical services and promote Guardian's standing as a leading community pharmacy chain.
- Support Clinical Pharmacists in outreach projects and ensure reasonable participation from fellow pharmacists.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy)
- Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Board
- Extensive relevant experience may be considered for senior positions
