Job Summary">

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our technology framework and ensure it meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and participating in core banking project plans, including SDLC flow, functional capabilities, technical architecture, system integration, implementation risk, and technology management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for reviewing and participating in core banking project plans, ensuring they align with global regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Perform review of new/revised processes, provide risk opinion, conduct gap analysis, and ensure proper approvals and documentations.
  • Collaborate with technology and risk teams to conduct pre/post-implementation reviews of new/revised processes to provide assurance.
  • Engage and collaborate with technology stakeholders to proactively identify risks at a detailed and technical level and ensure IT drives remediation activities to continuously improve IT risk posture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 12 years of experience preferably with exposure on core banking systems and its related projects/initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and advising on core banking projects and its related technology risks.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and operating skills to drive the project agenda with IT functions.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels to effectively communicate with IT and senior management, as well as line staff to drive IT project initiatives and other IT risk management areas.
  • Knowledge of Information Security, System Resiliency & Availability, Software development practices, and frameworks, and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Subject matter expertise in managing core banking projects/initiatives, including project management, SDLC process, DevOps, Release & deployment, Change management, and good technical competencies and exposure to IT application and/or infrastructure development, support, and management.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
