About the Role:
This role will provide administrative support to ensure efficient coordination of schedules, meetings, and events. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of office maintenance contracts, lease agreements, office relocations, and renovation projects. They will also be responsible for raising requests in the system, ensuring that procurement, vendor engagements, and service requests are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure efficient coordination of schedules, meetings, and events.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of office maintenance contracts, lease agreements, office relocations, and renovation projects.
  • Raise requests in the system to ensure that procurement, vendor engagements, and service requests are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support for secretarial and treasury requirements, ensuring accurate documentation of company policies, executive agreements, and corporate filings.
  • Assist with board resolutions, regulatory submissions, and financial documentation, maintaining proper record-keeping for compliance.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate governance and treasury-related processes efficiently.

Requirements:
  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an administrator or secretary.
  • You are highly proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and oral.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft applications and Adobe Acrobat.
  • You must be able to effectively communicate to all levels in the organization, maintain good working relationships, and understand confidentiality and privacy.
  • You have a strong ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively with the team, exercise high initiative and resourcefulness, and must have strong interpersonal skills.
