Estimated Salary: $2,500 - $3,800 per month
Job Description:- Main Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts receivable, including credit control, document processing, and journal entries.
- Manage a small portfolio of Malaysia's accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any payment issues that may arise.
- Prepare accounting documents, such as cheque payments and payment vouchers, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly accounting reports for audit or management purposes.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and project work as assigned by senior management.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Navision Accounting system is advantageous.
