Job Title:
Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality goods. They oversee stock levels, purchase orders, and schedule agreements to expedite delivery.

Responsibilities
• Assist warehouse personnel with guidance and oversight
• Coordinate quality checks for incoming stocks and ensure quality compliance
• Liaise with laboratory staff on product non-conformance issues for supplier feedback
• Conduct returned goods and assist in end-to-end disposition of non-conforming goods
• Schedule and review preventive maintenance for critical equipment
• Provide quality oversight to laboratory operations
• Schedule and review installation, operational, and performance qualification
• Support regulatory inspections and audits
• Perform audit checks on laboratory operations and maintain SOPs
• Review and approve change control plans
• Analyze non-conformance and error trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the supervision of an Assistant Manager, Quality Management

Requirements
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and various test standards or processes
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and plan daily tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Degree in biological science required and willingness to take up additional duties and work during rostered weekends and public holidays
