Job Title: Regional Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. As a Regional Procurement Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category strategies, identify opportunities for cost savings, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions;
  • Develop and implement category strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and supplier performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management;
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
