Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to spearhead growth in the Manufacturing segment. This dynamic role involves collaborating closely with sales teams, application engineers, and solution partners to drive yearly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and data-driven research to inform strategic direction.
  • Develop compelling market analysis presentations to engage stakeholders.
  • Provide critical information, communicate schedule changes, and offer product enhancements.
  • Research customer order status, resolve shipping, scheduling, and prioritization challenges.
  • Perform short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.
  • Maintain top line sales targets as the Factory interface for all deals and discount management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing industry knowledge.
  • Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and custom applications.
  • Experience in factory automation and big data analytics is desirable.
  • Proven business acumen and experience in developing new markets.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate teamwork behavior across different functions and regions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, goal-oriented.
