Video Moderation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Video Moderation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our trust and safety department, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our video content.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a critical aspect of our platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success in this area. You will have a strong impact on the user experience and help shape the future of our video moderation system.

  • Drive complex projects independently, defining project roadmaps and setting metrics that inform success. Partner across the organization to develop action plans.
  • Focus on building effective and scalable features to provide users with a safe experience.
  • Analyze data to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with issue experts and cross-functional partners to establish workflows and achieve success.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management or a related field; familiarity with models and algorithms.
  • Ability to design solutions based on evidence and deliver value-adding products or organizational changes.
  • Strong project management and communication skills; able to influence and unite cross-functional teams.
  • Data analysis skills for product design and knowledge of methods for researching and analyzing product designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
  • Basic knowledge of safety by design principles.
  • Understanding of the landscape and policy developments in tech and online safety.
