Job Title: Site Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Site Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site works, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site works and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including tracking hours worked, materials used, and equipment rented.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
