Electronics Quality Control Specialist

This position is responsible for safeguarding product quality and ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, on-the-ground quality inspections, and driving corrective actions within a fast-paced and agile manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Process and Engineering teams to define and meet quality control standards
  • Conduct in-process and final QC (FQC) audits, and document findings with clear traceability
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and work with QA and Product teams to implement corrective actions
  • Develop inspection criteria and maintain quality plans in line with ISO and regulatory requirements
  • Support Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) programs and incoming material checks
  • Participate in internal improvement initiatives and maintain robust QC documentation
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year in electronics manufacturing or a similar QC environment
  • SQA and product audit processes (incoming, in-process, and outgoing)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA regulatory standards
  • Understanding of IPC-A-610 or equivalent PCB/assembly standards
