Healthcare Professional
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of medications and perform simple dressings after passing the skills competency in medication administrations and wound dressings.
- Monitor vital signs and assist in admission, assessment, and orientation of new residents.
Supervision and Leadership:
- Provide supervision to newly recruited enrolled nurses and junior staff ensuring they carry out their duties according to SOPs.
- Support the Physiotherapist/Therapist Assistant in rehabilitation programs and encourage resident participation.
Resource Management:
- Contribute to effective management of food costs by reducing waste and monitoring consumables and supplies.
Feedback and Communication:
- Assist in investigating and resolving feedback and complaints from centres.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Locally trained: NITEC in Nursing. Foreign trained: Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Board Pass (Professional Regulation Council). Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
