Mandai Wildlife Group is the guardian of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique destination that connects visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The reserve features five parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle daily operations, manage inventory, and provide exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily sales, record-keeping, inventory checks, and equipment preparation
  • Handling redemptions and other relevant inventory tasks
  • Providing information to guests on Ranger Buddy and general Mandai Wildlife Reserves offerings
  • Maintaining work area cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment
  • Engaging guests as a brand ambassador and promoting Ranger Buddy products

The successful candidate will have a minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification and prior customer service experience. They should enjoy interacting with children, have a positive attitude, and be able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays. A salary range of SGD $40,000 - $55,000 per year is estimated for this position.
