About This Role
We are seeking an experienced IT operations executive to join our team at BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd. As an IT operations executive, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining products and promotion campaigns in our Point of Sale Systems. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless updates of promotions and Customer Relationship Management campaigns. First level technical support will be provided to outlets for IT related issues. Documentation of process flows, test case scenarios and training guides will also be handled by you. Generation of reports as needed will be a key responsibility. The ideal candidate must have strong problem solving and diagnostic skills and be able to work independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes to create and maintain products and promotion campaigns in POS Systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for updates of promotions and CRM campaigns
- Provide technical support to outlets for IT related issues
- Document process flows, test case scenarios and training guides
- Generate reports as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Information Technology or related field
- Experience in IT support, POS system or similar roles
- Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel formula skills and basic SQL query skills
- Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
