Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-native infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Design: Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based infrastructure architectures.
  • Windows Server Management: Configure, harden, and manage Windows Server 2022, 2019, and 2016 in a cloud environment.
  • AMI Pipeline Management: Create and maintain automated AMI pipelines for building, versioning, and deploying compliant Windows images at scale.
  • Security and Compliance: Integrate enterprise observability agents, endpoint protection tools, and compliance agents into image builds, ensuring CIS Benchmarks for Windows operating systems and validating against such benchmarks.
  • SQL Server Configuration: Package and maintain MS SQL Server configurations as part of standard image builds, aligning licensing, security, and performance configurations with best practices.
  • Automation Tools: Leverage automation tools like git, ansible, CloudFormation, PowerShell, AWS SSM, Packer, and Terraform to support AMI lifecycle management.

Governance and Documentation

Ability to document standard build processes, hardening steps, and compliance checkpoints to support audit and operational readiness.
