Retail Sales Manager Position

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring product offerings meet customer demands. You will oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized retail environment, guaranteeing products are displayed effectively and available for sale.

You will perform accurate stock counts and administer the retail outlet as required, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Your success will be measured by your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers in finding the right products.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized retail environment, showcasing products effectively.
  • Perform thorough stock counts and manage the retail outlet efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements:
  • Minimum N level qualification with 1 year of relevant working experience in the retail industry.
  • Prior experience in selling sporting goods is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for the retail sector.
  • Able to provide customer-centric service and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
