Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide receptionist duties at the front counter, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for patients.
  • Ensure accuracy in clinical data entry into our computer system, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Apply basic patient care principles to ensure the well-being of our patients.
  • Maintain filing systems and coordinate appointments efficiently, minimizing delays and errors.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and handle payment arrangements professionally and promptly.
  • Perform any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:
