Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

What You'll Do
As a key member of our Cloud Applications Sales team, you will play a vital role in connecting Oracle's solutions to businesses that need our help to evolve. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and prospects
- Leading account planning, including strategy, financial targets, and critical milestones
- Managing the end-to-end sales process through engagement of Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Consulting, Advisory, and Partner resources
- Defining and driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns for ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX value propositions
- Understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Oracle Cloud Applications offerings
- Developing a sustainable, predictable, and repeatable sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals consistently
- Engaging with C-level prospects to position Oracle solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data
- Generating short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
- Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring:
- Demonstrated 5-10 years of tenure in at least one role involving enterprise sales, with a proven track record of stable and consistent closers
- The ability to offer a unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business, and to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and teach to customer pain points
- The ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of customer businesses in their industries and discuss issues from multiple angles
- Understanding of the decision-making process and the ability to influence key decision makers
- Experience in selling high-end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market companies
- C-level verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Experience closing deals with financial heads or supply chain leaders or similar business leaders
- A go-getter, challenger mindset focused on execution
