Job Title: Printing Supervisor

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned printing professional to fill a critical role in our production team as a Printing Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in monitoring production schedules, inspecting printed materials, and maintaining and troubleshooting printing equipment to ensure timely completion of print jobs and high-quality output.

  • Supervise and coordinate printing staff across all shifts.
  • Monitor production schedules to guarantee on-time completion of print jobs.
  • Inspect printed materials to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Train new staff on printing processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Supervisor or Section Head in a printing plant, or at least 5 years as a Senior Operator in sheetfed printing.
  • Strong knowledge of prepress-to-print workflow (mandatory).
  • Proficient in operating common sheetfed printing press brands such as Mitsubishi, Ryobi MHI, Heidelberg, ManRoland, KBA, and Komori.

Working Location: Tuas (Near MRT station)
