Welcome to Deloitte Consulting Pte. Ltd., a leading firm in digital transformation. We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team, specializing in Healthcare Solutions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled consultant to play a pivotal role in advisory-led digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing healthcare, driving innovation and operational excellence. As a consultant within the Healthcare Solutions offering, you will be part of a team of creative, visionary minds from various disciplines who put future-forward thinking into projects that push the edges of technology to support the change of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing technical tasks to develop, enhance, improve software applications according to functional and technical specifications;
  • Participating in discussions with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements;
  • Designing, programming, debugging, testing, modifying and maintaining applications;
  • Conducting primary and secondary research, analyses and appropriate modelling tasks that feed directly into the development of technology-enabled solutions for tackling our clients' complex business problems;
  • Leveraging your training in technology, utilizing analytical abilities and communication skills to support the project teams in delivery of our digital solution architectures and work products that address our clients' business needs and help achieve their strategic goals.
About You:

We are looking for someone with a good honors degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines. Relevant EPIC certifications are a must. At least 3 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in developing web applications in the Microsoft .net Framework using ASP.Net MVC, C# and MS-SQL. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as issue management in a multi-platform environment, are essential. Experience with cloud native applications and serverless design is an advantage. Demonstrated skills in communication (oral, written, presentation), analysis, problem solving and short-term and long-term planning are also necessary.
