Global Supply Chain APAC Business Process Specialist

This role serves as the authoritative voice and primary liaison for the APAC team, engaging directly with stakeholders and ensuring seamless delivery of project scope.

The specialist collaborates closely with functional contacts and leads to ensure the successful deployment of designated functional area, overseeing a comprehensive range of activities from initial local fit-gap analysis through to cross-topic alignment, cutover, ramp-up, and demobilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide input to central and local teams on local business processes and practices, as well as local IT landscape
  • Describe current and future relevant processes and solution landscapes and assess impact
  • Design, align, and manage adjustments of interfaces with 3PL
  • Participate in local fit-gap analysis, ensuring implications of template adoption are understood and identify change impacts
  • Ensure template adoption is maximized and work with peers to gain commitment and understanding
  • Adapt legacy systems for ASPIRE, contributing to changes in interfaced systems
  • Contribute to country questionnaires, system impact assessments, change impact assessments, data scoping, cleansing, and migration, including data enrichment and dress rehearsals
  • Actively participate in extended networks to articulate critical local business and reporting requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience working within a global environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly Good Supply Practices (GSP)
  • Comprehensive functional and site-specific knowledge relevant to supply chain operations, aligned with specific functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
  • Proven experience managing functions with SAP ERP and deep understanding of current business processes and system landscapes
  • Demonstrated track record of successful delivery and execution in complex, cross-functional projects
