Dedicated Nursing Professional Wanted

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct nursing care in accordance with Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS) and identifying areas for improvement.
- Carrying out nursing procedures such as dressing and naso-gastric tube feeding as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives focused on key domains like fall prevention, infection control, and wound care management.
- Documenting resident conditions and tracking rehabilitation progress using our digital platform.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and participating in psychiatric conferences with specialist doctors to deliver holistic care.
- Implementing infection control practices aligned with current standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- National Institute of Technical Education Certificate (NITEC) in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- At least one year's experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Previous experience in the Community Care sector is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, caring, and positive attitude.
