Job Title: Operations Hall Assistant

As an Operations Hall Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our exhibition halls. Your responsibilities will include supporting hall managers to maintain orderliness and safety, attending to general enquiries from exhibitors and contractors, and following up on company regulations infringements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor exhibitor adherence to noisy machinery demonstration times
  • Assist in generating reports


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations aspects in exhibitions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Physically fit (must walk long distances around EXPO)
