Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Safety Coordinator to join our IT support group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our personnel on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular tool-box meetings, daily site inspections, and attend safety meetings to identify potential hazards.
  • Risk assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Safety trainings: Organize and conduct safety trainings to educate employees on safe work practices and procedures.
  • Safety reports: Prepare and submit safety reports in accordance with site requirements.
  • Maintenance of records: Maintain and update risk assessments' master record for three years.
  • Compliance: Review risk assessments in accordance with the current Workplace Safety and Health Act's (WSHA) requirement.
  • Incident investigations: Conduct incident and accident investigations and maintain proper documentation of all safety records.
  • Filing reports: File accident and injury reports to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Qualification Requirements

  • Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
  • Minimum 2 years of safety coordinator experience in the electrical field
