Job Details:
This Senior Business Analyst role is responsible for leading the Product Management team in developing and implementing middle-to-back office capabilities for private market processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment business domain and experience in product management and agile methodology.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  • Develop and support middle-to-back office capabilities for private market processes.
  • Develop, implement, and manage OKRs for the product team.
  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Translate findings into actionable user stories.

Requirements and Qualifications:
A CAT-1 cleared/eligible candidate is required for this role. Experience and knowledge in DealCloud CRM Platform are essential. Experience in similar CRM Platforms such as Affinity, SFCC, Backstop Solutions & 4Degrees can be considered. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in technology business analysis or software development, with a focus on investment/banking applications, is required.
