The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This includes adhering to predetermined schedules and routes, maintaining daily vehicle upkeep, and ensuring compliance with driving standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport passengers and cargo according to established protocols and schedules.
- Ensure timely arrivals and departures while adhering to all relevant safety regulations.
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to vehicle maintenance or driver performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize transportation routes and schedules.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in transportation management.
- Holding a valid Class 3 driving license and/or specialized certifications such as the Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and nights if required.
