As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and experience:

* 3-6 years of experience in KYC/AML process, compliance, operations, risk & control functions.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills, a pro-active team player who can also work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across levels, businesses, and geographies.
* Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk environment.
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
* Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

Estimated Salary: $80,000-$110,000 per annum.

About this Role

In this role, you are expected to perform independent Client Onboarding KYC due diligence functions of new and existing clients across a variety of teams, including private bankers, operations, and compliance. You will review clients' profiles and work with banker teams to fulfill onboarding requirements, full compliance with Bank's AML/KYC standards, local laws, and regulations. You will also perform Client Name Screening disposition, Sanctions review, and Enhanced Due Diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for performing independent Client Onboarding KYC due diligence functions of new and existing clients across a variety of teams.
2. Review clients' profiles and work with banker teams to fulfill onboarding requirements.
3. Perform Client Name Screening disposition, Sanctions review, and Enhanced Due Diligence.
4. Identify and highlight suspicious money laundering activities, deficiencies, and other non-compliance issues to management.
5. Establishes and maintains close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and within the team.
6. Facilitate open and direct communication of issues, needs, queries, and system setups.
7. Manage cross-functional relationships with all teams and analyze complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact in the team.
