Job Title: Structural Engineer Manager

As a senior structural engineer, you will lead the design and execution of large-scale construction projects.

  • Manage and oversee the preparation of detailed design reports, calculations, and drawings.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure timely completion of design deliveries.
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
  • Review and approve contractor's shop drawings and material submissions.
  • Supervise site personnel to ensure work is carried out according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the structural engineering team in designing and implementing building structures.
  • Collaborates with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ensures compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Manages project budgets and timelines to meet business objectives.
  • Communicates effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis software and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.
