  • Offer technical support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Be available for 24x7 maintenance support calls on a routine standby basis, ensuring business continuity.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with no prior relevant experience are encouraged to apply, with a focus on continuous learning and development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT, particularly in network support and administration.
  • Knowledge and experience in networking, including routing and switching technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to work diligently and learn about new technologies, with a strong passion for cybersecurity.
