We offer a competitive salary package of SGD 8,000 - 12,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits that support your career growth and well-being.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the facilities and property sector;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates through excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Utilizing market research and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients;
  • Staying up-to-date with market conditions, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or human resources;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the recruitment or sales industry;
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to negotiate and close deals;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • A keen understanding of the facilities and property sector, including market trends and competitor activity;
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
