Job Title: Operational Team Leader

Job Description:

As a Full-Time Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This includes planning, forecasting, and executing food and beverage orders.

You will be responsible for welcoming customers, striving to provide an exceptional customer experience, and following food and safety regulations.

Additionally, you will process customer complaints patiently, ensure customer satisfaction with food, drinks, and service, and assist with daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Plan, hire, train, oversee, and manage staff members effectively
  • Forecast and execute food and beverage orders efficiently
  • Process customer complaints professionally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with food, drinks, and service consistently
  • Assist with daily operations smoothly
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar working environment required
  • Ability to speak fluent English is essential
