Job Description

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer success and relations, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience. The Director of Customer Success and Relations will be responsible for managing key accounts post go-live, providing key success metrics to reporting officers, and ensuring that multiple levels of customer service support are operational to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Life Science, engineering or related discipline, and at least 5 years of consistent experience in customer relations and customer service management, ideally in the healthcare sector. They will also have knowledge of the life-science and/or healthcare sector within APAC, strong analytical, management and communication skills, as well as a driven personality and ability to demonstrate initiative.

The Director of Customer Success and Relations will work closely with QA/RA, Product and external roles in alternate markets, and will be required to provide regular metrics and information back to key account stakeholders. This role will also entail UAT testing of devices and regulatory maintenance based on Quality Management System and ISMS System.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Life Science, engineering or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of consistent experience in customer relations and customer service management, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Knowledge of the life-science and/or healthcare sector within APAC
  • Strong analytical, management and communication skills
  • Driven personality and must be able to demonstrate initiative
  • Strong influencing skills
