- Foster strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ordering supplies as needed to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue growth.
- Ensure the shop maintains a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
