Senior Software Engineer


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our trading platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, low-latency backend systems that power critical financial applications. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business requirements.

The role involves performance tuning of application code to optimize system responsiveness, ensuring efficient execution of critical market infrastructure services. Additionally, the engineer will participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to our standards and SDLC processes.


Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong core Java skills, with experience in Spring framework
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and containerization
  • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka and Solace
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Ability to design and implement high-performance, low-latency backend systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
