Data Center Security Specialist

Job Description:
AWS's data center security team is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The successful candidate will work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day security activities for assigned data centers under the guidance of an experienced manager.
- Assess vendor compliance based on established work orders and track service deliverables.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews in areas of responsibility to ensure compliance with AWS security standards.
- Lead media security requirements within data centers.
- Participate in regular meetings with vendors, data center operations, and other partner teams to achieve operational consistency.
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 3+ years of work experience or relevant training.
- Good data analysis skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Business-level English language skills.
