As a key member of the NUHS Group Ops & IT team, you will play a vital role in providing Contact Centre services to patients and the public. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to navigate complex healthcare needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Deliver exceptional customer service to callers by understanding their needs
- Provide timely and accurate information and assistance to address caller's enquiries
- Book or reschedule appointments based on caller's request
- Handle other hotline administrative functions such as emails, referral requests, and emergency activation
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Preferably 1 to 2 years' experience in the healthcare industry, contact centre environment, and/or service-related industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mother Tongue
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Computer literate with good typing skills
- Able to multitask and work under stressful conditions
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends
