Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop new optical and illumination components and systems, utilizing your expertise in optics and illumination.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to optical and illumination systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Improvement and Innovation: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the performance of optical vision systems, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Optics Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience with optical design software, alignment, and testing is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in 2D drawing, strong knowledge and experience in high magnification optics and LED illumination, familiarity with lenses, specifications, design trade-offs, optics modeling, and light measurement methods.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, open to candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience in the optics field.
