Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management and stakeholders to provide expert advice on analytics and financial planning needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies, including data management, reporting, and visualization, to drive business insights and decision making.
  • Lead the development of next-generation finance management information systems (MIS) and visualization assets, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Drive transformational change management initiatives, communicating data strategies and direction to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement data models and solutions using advanced statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Oversee the development, planning, and implementation of data strategies across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure that analytics and financial planning projects and enhancements align with data governance, quality, big data analytics, and strategy.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, developing a high-performing team of analysts who can guide business stakeholders in finance and business areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in banking, with expertise in MIS, analytics, decision science, big data, and related areas.
  • Proven track record and in-depth knowledge of business intelligence and big data platforms.
  • Familiarity with semantic data modeling and financial engines, such as EPM, Hadoop, and Teradata EDW.
